There clothes range from every era from the 50’s up to 90’s, so whether you want that classic 60’s dress or a 90’s shell suit pop along and get rummaging.
Blackout II – Covent Garden
Having been open for 20 years this vintage shop is known to be one of the best in London, not only does it have two whole floors dedicated to both vintage clothing for men and women but it also has a great range of jewellery, shoes and other accesseroies you’ll fall in love with.

Chances are you will have heard of this place or you might have walked past it without realising, they have a range of vintage clothnig (10,000+ pieces) and it’s a place where you should set yourself a little time to sift through to find that hidden gem you’re after. We picked up a beautiful vintage dress for £18 last year in time for the office party and it went down a treat.
Mint – Stoke Newington
Wanting something truly retro and vintage? You’ll love Mint, the store is split into different decades, trends and colours so if you know what you’e after it’ll save you time. They have a wide range of clothing and they source it from not just the UK but all over Europe, so if you’re after some Parisian vintage, maybe something from Italy then this is the right place.

Rokit – Various Locations
With it’s flagship shop in Covent Garden it has other locations in Camden and another two in Brick Lane. Stocking a range of vintage items from dresses to sunglasses, belts to army wear you’ll find yourself getting lost in nostalga. If you’re looking for brands then this might not be the place to look but you’ll be sure to find some bargains here.

Orion London – Kilburn
More for those wanting vintage inspired pieces this shouldn’t deter you, it’s not just us that love Orion but it has a list of celebs who are big fans including Cameron Diaz and Alexa Chung to name a few. They have a range of signature prints which they put on various clothing, we love their dresses and have been tempted by many!
East End Thrift Store – Stepney
Looking for proper vintage clothing without a big mark up? Well the East End Thrift Store is a must visit if so, it’s got a fantastic range of clothes and you can find some fantastic dresses for as little as a tenner, looking for a denim shirt? Then you’ll find plenty of change for twenty quid.
Don’t go in expecting a beautiful store, that’s not to say it’s not nice it’s simply a converted warehouse and it does the job it needs to, plus this helps keep the prices down. There are more expensive pieces on the first floor if you want to push the budget a little.
Crazy Man Crazy – Crystal Palace
Not only has it got a fantastic name but this vintage shop is a great spot for the men looking for vintage, it’s one of only a handful that are vintage shops in London which focus on the male. It has a range of clothing from the American sourced 50’s up to leather jackets from more recent decades. Prices range from £20-100+ for jeans and jackets can be anywhere from £50-200+
Frockney Rebel Vintage – Bethnal Green
Enter the shop and you’ll find a large range of wearable vintage sourced from across Europe, it’s not the shop for that vintage fancy dress outfit however. There’s a lot of hard work that goes into the sourcing of clothing here but happily the prices are still great value, you won’t be paying more than £50 for even coats and shoes.
Where: 49 Mowlem St, London E2 9HE
Victory Vintage – Bayswater
If you’re seeking a vintage boutique in London then look no further, Victory vintage is aimed at those who may well be shopping next door at Topshop and fancy something vintage to finish off the look. They have a great range for both sexes as well as retro accessories and jewellery. With new stock coming through regularly it’s a good place to go find that vintage piece for those not adverse to high street shopping.
